A Return policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return (one year from date of service or purchase)
- State of return (the movement should be in good physical shape similar to what was purchased or state it was in at completion of service)
- Reason for return (Non working movement or defect resulting from servicing)
- Process for return (Please contact us to arrange a return )
- Process of refund (A refund will be made within 30 days of return of the movement and verification of its condition.)
